Default Configuring SPA-3102 for SunRocket

Hi
I got a SPA-3102 and able to configured the device for SunRocket. Outgoing calls working excellent but no incoming calls. When try to call in from outside, People get a fast-busy-signal. Basicall works only one-way(only outgoing and no incoming calls). Not sure if it's my device problem and SunRocket problem

Can somebody help with this? I have used the following configuration.

under admin login, advanced view, line 1 settings:

[proxy and registration]
proxy = sunrocket.com
use outbound proxy = yes
outbound proxy = 67.133.234.125
use OB proxy in dialog = yes
register = yes

[subscriber info]
display name = Your Name Here
userid = your_tel_number_here
password = same as authid, see below
use authid = yes
authid = you will have to look at your gizmo

dialplan:
(>#|911|611|411|311|00|0T|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxT|011[2-9]x.T|*x.T)

Does it show as registered ? Also the gizmo is not registered at the same time right ?

Some folks had two devices registered to SR. And only one would get the inbound calls.
