First of all, signup with www.dyndns.org and setup DDNS in your Linksys router. Then, under the Sytem Tab, change the webserver port to 1234... you will then be able to access the Sipura remotely by going to http://your_WAN_IP:1234 or http://your_DynDNS_Domain:1234. You MAY also need to forward port 1234 to the Sipuras internal IP address, and that would require assignign a static IP to the SPA.

I think that wael may also mean dialling in via a phone to access it aswell although I could stand corrected. @ rizsher looks like you have a good idea there ! I checked out that site so which bit do you register with, is it DNS or Redirection or something else !

Lasbrisas: Wael may have meant what u say, however, he asked " how to access my sipura remotly from my work through the router", which is why I assumed he meant accessing the configuration webpages... You sign up for the Dynamc DNS service, this lets you choose from a number of free domain names.. like homeip.net, is-a-geek.com etc. Your personal domain name becomes your_user_name.homeip.net, for instance, you then feed that information into the router's setup... and thats it... you can access the router's configuration remotely... access your voip adaptor... forward SIP calls directly to the domain name... and...if u want.. use a program like WinVNC to access your desktop remotely (note: VNC is supposed to be very insecure... so do your research beforehand).

Default RE: How i can access my sipura 3000 remotly

Hi

Thanks for all of you first, after I tried many way and I want to tell you how I can now access my Sipura3000 in very easy way:

1- I assigned a static IP for my Sipura3000

2- Then I go to the setup page of my SPA3000. Under the System Tab,
Change the web server port to 1234

2- Then I forward port 1234 on WAG54G setup page to sipura3000 IP Address

3- Then I tried http://my_WAN_IP:1234

And now I can access my Sipura3000 easily.

Note: I tried the same steps on port 80 which is the default port for sipura3000 web server port, it open my Sipura3000 but I can’t change any setting?!! But with port 1234 I can control all setting

Thank you again

Warmest Regards,

Wael

I did same thing Wael did, but I keep getting 'Page Cannot be displayed".
My router's port forwarded to internal port of SPA, the SPA's. And I used both http://WAN IP:1234 and http://myip.dyndns.org:1234.
My router is wrt54g.
Any suggestions?

Try to forward both internal and external port to your sipura ip address in your router see the attachment file
