Default Caller ID (CID) sent when dialing out with VoIP

Is it possible to manipulate the caller ID sent when Dialling out with VoIP?

My Sipgate.co.uk account number is the same as my free regional number they have given me.... The problem is it doesn't show the dialling code so I need to add 0117 to the front of the number....

Is this possible?

Steve

Default RE: Caller ID (CID) sent when dialing out with VoIP

This is entirely dependent upon SIPgate. Just as with a PSTN line, it is generally not possible to spoof your Calling Number ID on an outbound call. You could ask SIPgate if it is possible for them to make this adjustment/correction for you.
