Default call pstn to pstn via 2 spa3k with dial plan - help !

I baught 2 SPA3K and place then each in different countries
in order to make call from any pstn (or from line1 of spa 3k) in the first country to call the other spa3k or any pstn number in the second country. And i need tu use dial plan as i will give limited calls options to my friends.
So i don't want to use fwd option (that work fine - but no dial plan)
it seems that i should use HTTP authentifacation (from line1 to second spa3k), but i never success to make a call with this.
Is there a limitation (no nat), or how to configure proxi in case of nat ?
I tried with FWD accounts on both SPA3K, and even without any account configured on both spa3k for basic pstn to pstn (each time with many differents options) but i never succeed to place a call.

On the other hand, for basic configuration - i mean when i use only one spa3k, all gateway pstn<->voip configurations work fine.

Last question ... for HTTP authentification, i need fixed ip adress on both internet access. as we can give FQDN instead of ip adress, would it be possible to use dynamic DNS service provider (like www.no-ip.com) ?

thank you very much !!!

You can force a specific dial plan based on the PIN used to authenticate to the device. That should solve the dial plan issue.

If you want to go the no-provider route, you basically need either a static IP or dynamic DNS on both ends of the connection (yes, you can use a FQDN) and you need to account for any NAT. Some of the settings you'll need are documented here:
