Default All ports forwarded, but still nothing. SPA3102 and Gizmo

So here is the thing. I have a SPA3102 with a Gizmo account. When I try to call my computer in the same network, behind the same router, everything works flawlessly, but when I try to call the Sipura from the PC, it rings, but when I pick up neither of the sides can hear anything. I have forwarded all ports, both for the PC and the SPA3102. What is wrong? I don't have a real IP. Is this the problem? What is the STUN server for?

check port mapping

try to change 3102 ports from 5060 to let's say 5065 and if that works for you

I found this thread http://forum.voxilla.com/linksys-sip...ighlight=gizmo
Here is described exactly my problem. I am behind two NATs. It appears Gizmo won't work for me. So can you tell me a provider, that has free PC-PC calls, gives free SIP number and can be called with the Gizmo project? Thank you very much for your advice.

I had the same problem with Gizmo,
late I have found the following:

I change the Gizmo to soft phone eyebeam, I use the software test with my SPA on the same network, only I have to disable the G729a code on eyebeam, then will the eyebeam call to SPA works.

there is no problem from SPA call the COM soft phone.
