Default 4 SP 2000 with 8 ICH accounts on switch

I am a new user and want to set up 8 SP 2000 with a total of 16 ICH accounts for outgoing calls only.

I had in mind to set it up the following way and would appreciate if someone could either give me the blessings, suggest a different set-up or point out any difficulties.

We have a special Fiberoptic cable connection.
The modem is plugged into a Cable router.
Port 1 goes from the router to a firewall and out to our PC network.

Port to I want to plug into a 24 port switch. The 8 SP 2000 would be plugged into that switch.

I changed the sip port on the SP's like this:
SP 1: 5060/5061
SP 2: 5062/5063 and so forth.

Tks for any help.
Bruno

What kind of router are you using? Is it an ordinary SOHO NAT router that is able to go fast enough to support your FTTH connection?

Also, what kind of firewall are you using? If it is possible you should connect the SPAs directly to the router (without going through the firewall).
