Default Voice mail Set up ???

Hello all new user here, I've recently gotten a broadband connection and i'm trying to figure some things out. I have a FWD number as well as an IPKALL number. The IPKALL number is working, when I call it I get a recording leave a message I leave a message and then I get an email notifying me; but how do I setup my own voice recording? When I try to input my number the IVR cuts me off and ask for my login which fails because I was unable to put in the correct number?

What am I doing wrong? I just want to setup the voice message before going on to setting up the FWD number.

And yes I am dialing the 3065153033 number.
Thanks all

I'm not sure what you mean by a positive account balance.

This is a PSTN number, accessable from any other telephone in the world.

IPKall.

Lets clarify a couple of things;

IPKall is a PSTN to VoIP Service.

You do not register with IPKall, that would be your "device" & your VoIP provider.

If you dial your IPKall # and your VoIP address is unreachable, or is busy, IPKall will take the voicemail and deliver it to your supplied email address.

You also can retrieve voicemails by dialing 360.515.3033, if you are dialing this from outside the US, international rates apply.

Enter your full IPKall Number 360NXXXXXX
Enter your PIN you selected on your IPKall account.

IPKall
