By the "obvious" do you mean you put your 9-digit callwithus username in the SIP Phone Number field and sip.callwithus.com in the SIP Proxy field?

What are you trying to do? For the most part Callwith us is a termination service. Through your ATA or soft phone you connect to Callwith us and make your cheap long distance calls. To you have a DID with them or only termination. With IPKall this allows you to dial a local Seattle area PSTN number and route it to a VoIP PBX such as Asterisk or Free world dialup or even an ATA. Without info on what exactly you are trying to do we can not help you.

CallWithUs will accept incoming sip uri calls to your account. You do not need to have a DID with CallWithUs to receive incoming sip uri calls. With IPKall you need to put your 9-digit username in the SIP Phone Number field and sip.callwithus.com in the Sip Proxy field. Someone can then call your public IPKall number and the call will be forwarded to your registered CallWithUs account. Your CallWithUs 9-digit username is not the same as your 10-digit account number.
