Default How to use FWD/IPKall to be able to call a toll free number?

I have a requirement to call a UK toll free number +44-800-018-5255. It belongs to a company that provides excellent service to the Ukraine.

What to configure in FWD or IPKall that I can use my IPKall number to dial that toll-free number. Like my number is 360-123-4567. So when I call that Washington State number of IPKall, my call gets transferred to the UK toll-free and not the FWD extension.

I call from my laptop *448000185255. The call is answered by the UK system.

Since I do not carry my laptop everywhere with me it is easier to call the IPKall 360-xxx-yyyy number using a cellphone and enter the required digits from there.

In accordance to the above, I tried using URI forwarding in my FWD account settings as “sip:*448000185255@fwd.pulver.com” but of no avail. The incoming calls still ring to my FWD communicator.

Now I have tried doing IPKall as *448000185255@fwd.pulver.com too but the calls are still coming to me and not going to the UK toll-free number.

Any help with the above is much appreciated.

Default RE: How to use FWD/IPKall to be able to call a toll free num

The toll free gateways (and other gateways) only work if you make the call from a device directly registered on FWD. They won't work for stuff like IPKall.
