I just got this message on signing up(of course the mail didn't come so my account is not yet active.) Microsoft VBScript compilation error '800a03f9' Expected 'Then' /iisHelp/common/500-100.asp, line 174 If (strServerIP = strRemoteIp) And objASPError.File <> "?" Then -------------------------------------------------------^ Persits.MailSender.4 error '800a0004' Connection refused. /ipphone/process.asp, line 159

I got the same message today too! I did get my number, but not mailed out normally--probably because of the error. Try to find the button to get your info if you forget your account; all the info will be mailed to you. However, I called and thus spent money, some of which goes to ipkall, and all I got was a busy signal. I think I want to put up my own site and $profit too! ;>)

I want to say its working today! There is some issue with dyndns; if the wildcard option is enabled at dyndns then ipkall fails. Not sure why that should matter. Or maybe it just takes a while for the changes to propagate, more than 1 hour.

It did work when I retried after a little while, but the original request still hasn't been processed. So I have a working number now. And yes you are right , enabling wildcard option on dyndns WILL make it fail, we been through this in an earlier thread. Tip: If you have your router updating dyndns then make sure you have the wildcard option disabled on your router also....this one made my life miserable for a few days a while back.
