Questions during ipkall registration

Default Questions during ipkall registration
I am trying to register for ipkall, but i don't know what values should be given to the below fields. Can someone help me?

SIP Phone Number
SIP Proxy

Those fields are for the VoIP account that you wish to forward the call to.

For example, if you had account number 439225 at FWD the sip phone number would be 439225 the sip proxy would be fwd.pulver.com. Another example would be if you had account myname at VoIPBuster, the sip phone number would be myname the sip proxy would be sip.VoIPbuster.com. A third example would be if you had account 17772334567 at callcentric, the sip phone number would be 1777234567, the sip proxy would be in.callcentric.com.

You can forward the call to any VoIP provider that accepts incoming sip uri calls.
