Default Problems with IPKall and FWD

Hello, I've read through the first page or so of this forum trying to see if my question has been answered but so far, no luck. About two weeks ago I registered on FWD and setup a 360 number on IPKall. However, when I tried to call it I always got the number is busy message (even up to today, many days after waiting for activation).

I'm working on trying to setup asterisk at home, so it's possible things are not configured properly on my end, but would I get anything other than this "number is busy" message right away?

I cancelled my IPKall account earlier today and reregistered for a new number (this was over an hour ago). But I am still having the same issue.

Any help?

IPKall phone number: 206-203-6476
SIP Phone Number: 807439

I also enabled IAX2 support on FWD, will that work with IPKall or is SIP my only option?

Thank you.

Try connect Ipcall directly to your asterisk server:
IPKall - voip-info.org

Default Re: Problems with IPKall and FWD

Here is the error;

-- Called 807439@fwd.pulver.com
-- Got SIP response 480 "Temporarily Unavailable (1)" back from 69.90.155.70
-- SIP/fwd.pulver.com-09cea740 is circuit-busy
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)
