Default Not able to log in or set up a new account
Dear IpKall,

I am not able to log into my existing account (206-203-525. I got the following error:

Microsoft VBScript compilation error '800a03f9'
Expected 'Then'
/ipphone/process.asp, line 128

Even when I tried to sign up a new number, I still got the same error.

Can you help?

I am trying to register a number for someone, and i am getting the following errors:
There was an error processing your request.
Please contact info@ipkall.com.
The other error i get is
msxml3.dll error '80072f78'
The server returned an invalid or unrecognized response
/ipphone/process.asp, line 113

Please contact info@ipkall.com" when I try to modify my existingh account, can someone look into it plz

I tried to get a number, but I am with voipdiscount and hence my SIP number is in the form username@sip.voipdiscount.com, but the ipkall allows only 21 characters for the SIP number!

Put username in the SIP Phone Number: field and put sip.voipdiscount.com in the SIP Proxy: field
