Exclamation Non-Existent IPKALL Customer Service?? Re:Voicemail Access

Hello..

So I am just about to give up on the prospect of ever accessing my IPKALL voicemail from my land line.

There is a flaw in IPKALL's service which means that my password invariably is not recognized by the system. I have made several attempts to access my IPKALL account on the voicemail number. I enter my phone number and password (both of which I am certain are correct!) and cannot log in. I have tried changing my password and this has been unsuccessful. I have also tried with a new phone number, only to encounter the same problem.

I was able, for a few days after establishing my original account, to access my voicemail, but for some reason the system just stopped letting me in!

It would be so nice to be able to access my voicemail over the telephone ( and for clarification's sake, this is my land line telephone I am talking about, so this cannot be down to software/computer issues one might reasonably encounter on a VOIP phone). I do receive messages via e-mail, but that also requires me to fire up my computer in order to receive them.

I realize as well, that this is a free service and I am entitled to be as inconvenienced as I want to be, as nobody really needs to do anything to remedy this. Having said that, nonetheless, it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED if someone from IPKALL could look into this. After all, this is more than likely a bug in your system, and as such I would imagine that you would be interested in working any bugs out of what is otherwise an incredibly useful and functional system.

So please, IPKALL people, might you look into this?

THANK YOU
