Default No inbound voice on asterisk

I have been trying to setup IPKall to for a free phone number into my server. I can call the number and the extension will ring but I do not get any audio on my outside phone to come in. On the extension that it dials I get outbound audio. I also do net hear a ring tone on the other phone before it connects. After it connects my internal phone will disconnect after 20 seconds. I am behind a NAT and I have opened up ports 5060 - 5082 and I have opened up the UDP rtp ports 10000-20000 I have also tried to put my server into my DMZ but that did not help.

Here is what I have configured in my files: (DEsk is the extension I want to forward it to)

Extension.conf
[from-ipkall]
exten => ipkall,1,Goto(default,${DESK},1)
include => internal
[ipkall]
user=xxx
sercret=xxx
host=voiper.ipkall.com
context=from-ipkall
dtmfmode=rfc2833
insecure=invite
type=friend
canreinvite=no
disallow=all
allow=ulaw ;

Default Re: No inbound voice on asterisk

I figured it out. I re-installed my asterisk box since I had some stuff in from some expirments and decided to start over. Now it all works.
