How long until number issued

I am wondering how long until a number is issued. I had an IPKALL number, but it was inactive for about a year while I was in Iraq. I got back and found out that the numbers are canceled after 30 days of inactivity. I am hoping that I can get a new number going soon. I requested a new number 2 days ago.

I applied mine just a while ago. The first one comes in 5 days. The other one comes in 7 days. Just be patient.
