How long before IPKALL activates numbers?

Default How long before IPKALL activates numbers?
I activated a series of 206 numbers today and still they are still not activated. How long does it normally take?

Normaly, about 60 minutes, however, the update system is designed to shut down, when someone decides to sign up for to many IPKall numbers, in this case over 100 numbers. This impacts other changes and new user signups, until we check it out.

This user has been blacklisted.
