Default IPKall number going to strange voice mail

I have multiple IPKall numbers. One of these numbers always goes to some sort of voice mail regardless of the SIP URI settings; all other numbers work fine. (I have voice mail option disabled for all numbers.)

To ensure that there was no problem at my end, I pointed the problematic number (that goes to the voice mail) and another IPKall number at the same SIP URI.

The problematic number still goes to voice mail whereas the other number works fine leading me to believe there is some sort of issue at IPKall end.

Any ideas on how to go about resolving this problem?

Sounds like the issue is on their end, not yours.
