| How do I know if the number is expired? I haven't called my number in a while (not sure if exceeded 30 days or not) and today when I tried calling I got a busy tone and my asterisk is not receiving any SIP packets. However, I am still able to login via the website. So is my number expired or not? Thanks! |

What kind of things would be considered 'abuse'? I want to help ensure the service continues, not hurt it. If I understand correctly, inbound minutes are good for you. What kind of things do you frown on? |

| Can ipkall please clarify on how to maintain their numbers when their ATA adapter will be offline for over a month? I'm going to be away and since there's no voicemail I'm not sure what constitutes as keeping the number active? I have had my number over a year so I don't want to lose it. Thank you for any clarification. |

| Get a VoIP account at some place that has voicemail, like voxalot or gizmo5.com. Point your ipkall number at that account. Call your ipkall number every week or two, and leave yourself a voicemail. |
