| My IPKALL # is 3604690618...please check if this is activated? I registered thru IPKALL successfully yesterday and got the email. When I dial this number from a landline or a cell, I receive dead air...no ring, no noise. Any help is appreciated! I am using my SIPKEY as my username as this is what terrasip.com uses. It is also what I use to login to terrasip.com. Thanks |

| According to terrasip.com....an ipkall # ((###) ###-####@66.54.140.46) calling terrasip.net (their server) is the correct protocol and I am receiving at least a ringing softphone. Still no voice or even recognition that the call was answered by the calling cell or landline. They suggested perhaps something firewall related on my side. Is there some setting that absolutely must be in place or turned off? Any help is appreciated. |
