| Hi all, I'm new here so please excuse if this is a dumb question. I have set up an IPKALL Number to work with my FWD Account. I am currently using the FWD Communicator on the PC with a Headphone and Mike. The Echo test, Automated Time etc on FWD communicator work Perfectly. When a call is made to my IPKALL Phone number from a Land Line, the Phone rings on my FWD Communicator and i can recieve the call. The problem is that the calling person can hear my Voice but i cannot hear anything. I don't think it would be a firewall issue in my router as i can hear perfectly all the Echo tests, time test etc on the FWD Communicator. It's only when somebody calls up my IPKALL number that i cannot hear the person calling. I guess it would be most probabaly an issue of Codecs between the IPKALL and the FWD. Can somebody give me any ideas to sort this out ? Do i need to Forward ports from the Router to the PC having FWD communicator etc.... i don't think this is the problem because the FWD Echo Tests etc happen flawlessly, and i can hear the voice. Any Help would be really appreciated. Thanks Styler |
