I am trying to use an IPKALL DID to forward to my Callcentric number. The configuration at IPKALL is as follows: SIP Phone Number: 1777236xxxx SIP Proxy: in.callcentric.com When calling my IPKALL number, I just get a busy signal. Have I configured correctly or incorrectly?

You configured it correctly. I just verified my IPKall number forwarding to my callcentric account. It works. If you are getting a busy signal it is due to some other problem either with IPKall or your callcentric account. I would see if you can call your callcentric account directly using one of the SipBroker pstn numbers. This would take IPKall out of the loop.

Hi I am kinda in the same boat as you are. Here is my set up. I found this thing called Call Bulter and wanted to try it out. It said I needed SIP provider so it told me I could use callcentric so I signed up with them to get a free sip # THEN I wanted to find a free DID and didnt care for what area code. I was just testing it. I got ipkall.com that gives free #'s. SO signed up. Thay gave me 360-717-371 _ (took out the last # so people dont call me lol) anyway all I get is a busy sound. Call Butler tells me everything is set up find and I tested it with a extending and it worked good. SO I just dont know what is wrong. WHY when I call my DID # it just has a busy. Can anyone help? If you are willing to help I will give you my # to call me and help me over the phone. Thanks Michael P.S. I ordered ipkall on May28th and got the letter telling me it was set up on the 29th.
