Hello, I just got my SPA3000 to work using a FWD account. I started from factory default setting and just assign the usual FWD account settings (proxy:fwd.pulver.com, outbound:fwdnat.pulver.com:5082, STUN enable:fwdnat.pulver.com:3478,uid/passwd, etc.). I have a wireless router, and the SPA is connected via ethernet cable. I can make a call from my analog phone (line 1) to another FWD number using Xlite softphone in another PC, and I can also receive calls from the same FWD number to my analog phone (line 1). My main problem is when I try to call from PSTN to the IPKall number associated to the FWD number assigned in my SPA3000. The analog phone connected to line 1 just provides a short ring, and the Sipura webpage shows "stunning" in line1 status. When picking up the handset, dial tone is heard, and the PSTN receives a fast busy signal. I do not have a hub to see any message using Ethereal, and tried to tinker with some settings to na avail. Anybody in this forum has the same issue? I appreciate any helpful input from the members, so I can resolve this issue. Great site, lots of good info. Thanks in advance, tinumok

Thanks for the reply. My SPA-300 is configured to use that codec G711 and it works, as what a cellphone to IPKall number (assigned to my FWD in Xlite phone) call scenario shows. My best guess is it takes a long time for the proxy to communicate with my SPA-300 box, that by the time it does that, a timeout occurs on the origination side? I appreciate any comments/recommendation that I can try to make this work, or if somebody had experienced this problem that can provide the solution to my problem. Thanks a lot.

Yes, I did configure manually the SPA3K from factory default. Your comment was the solution to my problem. I had the STUN and outbound proxy in conflict. I disabled the STUN and it worked fine now! I can receive calls from any PSTN to my analog phone connected in Line 1, when they call my IPKall number. (When I tried the Wizard, it just gave me a window with all text format, in Perl(?) I guess. How is this being applied to the box? ) Thanks again, tinumok
