Getting set up with IPKall - newbie, terminology, steps?

Hi

I have a VoipStunt a/c. Use a SIP IP Gateway.

1) Register your SIP IP phone with a VoIP service?
I am unsure how to do it - I went to those sites but don't see anything about registering?

2) http://phone.ipkall.com/
2.1) What is "SIP Phone number" ? Who gives it to me? What does it looks like?
2.2) And the same questions for SIP Proxy?

3) "SIP Phone number" on phone.ipkall.com/
When I enter my SIP address there, it runs out of space - so I can't enter it!

can't type ".com" fully??

you put username only,
no @xxxxx.com
