| Hello... I was just wondering whether or not anyone else has experienced the same problem. Although I recieve all of my voicemails via e-mail, I cannot log in to check my messages over the phone. I can log into the ipkall website with the same details I provide over the phone, only over the phone they seem to think my password is wrong. As ipkall seems pretty clear on the fact that "they do NOT" provide customer service, It seems my only recourse is to get a new number... BUT if enough people are having the same problem, perhaps they would be inclined to look into it? Stephen |

| If you're trying to access your voicemail thru an IP Phone or an ATA, then It is quite possibly your DTMF settings... which don't transmit the digits you key in correctly to IPKall. Play around with different DTMF settings... IPKall does provide support thru the Voxilla forums.... stay tuned, one of their agents may chime in

| NO, I should have been more clear in my original message. If I use my landline phone to dial the voicemail number (360 515 3033), I am prompted for my phone number and password. When I enter these I am told that they are incorrect; however, using these same details logs me into my account on the ipkall website just fine. So I am assuming there is some error in the voicemail system. I have attempted changing my password on the IPKALL website as well, and this hasn't worked either. and a note to the web designer... can't you make the text of the forum posts appear within a specified width? It's difficult to read posts with lines of text as long as my screen.... just a thought... |

| I have no trouble reaching the voicemail number, it is just that the voicemail system does not recognise my password, while the website does recognise it. My guess is that somehow the voicemail system has an incorrect password stored for me. Changing my password on the IPKALL website has not fixed the problem... |
