Default BUSY SIGNAL

Folks I've been getting a busy tone and no voice mail even though I'm not on that line. I've tried calling the number from a Sun Rocket phone, Voxee, and a neighbors Viatalk and cell phone. It takes maybe 10 seconds before I hear the busy tone.

My cable was down for three days last week. However, I repowered everything and my other VOIP is working fine. I also have Voxee on this ATA and it works fine.

Any thoughts?

Default RE: BUSY SIGNAL

Folks, Ipkall private e-mailed me and concluded No-Ip was timing out. I then looked at my firewall and the No-Ip set up and that was the problem. This was the first time in a year that my IP changed and it had to do with my cable having gone out and their fix.

I was pleasantly surprised these folks made the effort to solve the problem.
