busy all the time

Been using IPKall with lowratevoip via SIP for a year now. Lately I just can't call my number, it's busy all the time.

Anybody has some ideas on what happened? Nothing has been changed in my hardware or software configuration. Cann use my SIP to call out with no problems

Oh, I got it. VOIP-in number line is missing in lowratevoip settings. Could anybody help with that? How do I use lowratevoip with ipkall? Configuration?
