Default IX66 setup

I have a Grandstream BT-101 form FWD #561710. it works great from home behind a Linsys router. When I move it behind an IX66 at the office, I get AUdio in one direction one way.
the original intent was to allow access to my PSTN line ( at the office) to select FWD user via my SPA 3000.
I have not had any success configuring the spa either.
I need to be pointed in the right direction set up this gateway.

Default RE: IX66 setup

Setup the grandstream as if no NAT were being done and it should work okay, or at it does with all the various Sipuras I've got.

With the IX66 you only need add your username, password and the providers SIP Proxy on the SIP device, don't use STUN or NAT Traversal setting on the SIP device.

I am keeping the grandsteam as supplied from fwd to experiment on my next road trip.
I have configured the spa3000 with the voxilla wizard, with an different FWD account on both the line 1 and pstn. no NAT no STUN

I get a registration failed on line1 and not registered on the pstn.
the ix 66 is set to pass sip and webserver.

any ideas

When you say that the IX66 is set to pass SIP and web server, what do you mean? Does this mean that you have disabled the IX66's active handling of these services?

on the ix 66 under security profile allowed applications are: SIP and WEB SERVER the webserver application is pointed at our internal SME server.
Does this clarify my set-up?
Thanks for the help.

Default RE: Change the IX66 Security Settings

On the Intertex page Advanced SIP Settings try to mark the Disable username encoding (registrations)

It should be able to run SIP also in the Hi security setting.

--

On the SPA3000

Page SIP
STUN Enable: no

Page Line 1 and PSTN Line
NAT Mapping Enable: no
NAT Keep Alive Enable: no

On the Grandstream BT-101
NAT Traversal: No

That works fine on my IX66 where I have a public IP on the WAN side of the IX66
