| I am a former SunRocker customer. I sw'd to ICH. Rec'd a PAP2T which required me to reinstall my old BEFSR41. ( Firmware Ver 1.46, the latest) The PAP2T is supposed to be PNP. I can connect to the web. Part of the setup process is to dial **** and 110# and get a voice message as to the PAP2T IP address. I do not hear anything. (the handset vol is up high enough The ICH tech tried everything he knew. After a couple of days of trying he told me to call my ISP ( Comcast ), they will tell me how to setup my router to handle VOIP. Comcast chuckled. I feel my router is good. Is there a way to setup my BEFSR41 to work with the PAP2T. Also my broadband connectivity is very good, fast, no packet loss etc. Any ideas? |
