Default International forwarding 'dead air' after ring

I have a european mobile number as one of my forwarded numbers with iConnect here. Trouble is (intermittantly) when the iConnectHere number is called, a single ring is heard, then there is jsut 'dead air'. The call doesn't complete, and the european phone receives nothing. The call log with iConnectHere bills for almost $0.50 each time, and lists the call as 'Accepted' and 'Connected'. I'm wondering if anyone has had similar experiences, as support at iConnectHere don't seem to be able to resolve the issue.
