Default ICH and failed registration

I have a SPA 2000 and an ICH US 400 plan account. How to set up the plan on the SPA.
I am receiving failed registrations on the SPA - why is this happening? is there any way around it....? is something wrong with the SPA itself or is it the Internet??

Thank you

If your registration is failing, it probably means your userid and password are incorrect or you aren't able to reach the SIP proxy (sipauth.deltathree.com), or not able to look it up via DNS. Can you verify that your SPA is getting a DNS server from DHCP (look on the Info tab of the config)?

Connect the modem directly to the SPA (remove the rotuer) and see how it goes. If that doesn't workl, try usign natrelay.deltathree.com as the SIP proxy.

Well, it turns out that my line 2 is registered but line 1 is not!! even though I used same setup on both!!!! any idea why? Line 1 worked for 24 hours then gave up on me. Line two has been running for 24 hours now.... haven't tried it yet..... but the line is there.
This makes me think that I am reaching deltathree for authorization. I am using static IP addressing and my router as the gateway (Netgear 834 ADSL modme/router/firewall). I was using a Net2Phone MAX SIP which is similar to the Sipura. I was connected on it for over a couple of months..... So, I do not see any connection problem.
A friend of mine had used this same SPA 2000 and was complaining of one way voice problems and the SPA cutting him out of the conversation.
Appreciate feedback and if this has happenned with anyone it'd be good to learn about it.
Thanks

Could it be a problem with Multiple registration?. On an SPA3000, trying to setup the same a/c under the PSTN and VoIP setups doesnt work with many VoIP providers, BroadVoice etc, maybe ICH is one of them as well?[img]

I think that the double registration is not allowed as you mentioned...... The system is now working properlyl....... In any case, is there a location where I can see what the setup parameters would be for allowing incoming calls on the SPA??

Thanks again
