| Glad to see an ICH user group popping up. I and others have made posts in other user groups that might eventually be benefitial to move here. Meanwhile, I have three quick inquiries: 1. Does ICH allow 7 digit dialing? If so, what is the dialplan I should use in my Sipura configuration? 2. Is there a speed dial for the voicemail? Or do I need to dial my whole phone number followed by the * and my pin? 3. I have a 2 port Sipura. Is there any potential conflict if I have both ports configured with the same account? I've tested, and it seems to work fine. Thanks in advance! Carlos |

| Hey Carlos, In answer to 1, ICH itself doesn't support 7 digit dialing, you can insert this into your dial plan somewhere: |<:1616>xxxxxxx| where 616 would be where you'd put your own area code. This means if you dial exactly seven digits, the Sipura will add a 1616 in front of it. For #2, you could add this to your dial plan: |<#88:1nnnmmmmmmm*ppppp>|| whre nnnmmmmmmmm is your whole number and ppppp is your PIN. Then, you just need to pick up the phone and dial #88, and the Sipura will do the rest. Hope this helps. John |

| Thanks John and PhoneBoy for your prompt replies. I am trying the first two additions right now, and so far, there seems to be no hitch receiving calls with both lines configured, although I only have a phone plugged into line 1. Haven't tried adding a second phone. thanks again, carlos |
