Dear customer

We are happy that you choose to use your Sipura device with ICH account; we hope your experience will be enjoyable.

For technical issues (installation, configuration, technical problems): the support will be given by Voxilla support team.

You can ether leave a message on this forum or contact at support@voxilla.com

For issues regard ICH account (billing, calling plans, products and services, etc) the support will be given by ICH support team

For further information, please visit our online Help Center at iConnectHere: Internet Phone, Broadband Phone, PC-to-Phone

Log in with your UserID and Password and from the Navigation Bar, click on 'Help'. You will be able to view our frequently asked uestion or contact Customer Care for further assistance

i bought some weeks ago a SIP 3102 to use with my ICH account instead the original PAP-2 unit.

I had spend several trying to configure it with minor success.

Actually i can receive calls , but I can´t make it.

When i test with a FWD account , it works fine !

Is the SIP-3102 unit compatible with ICH ?

Could somebody help me ?

Iconnecthere does work with my 3102. The quality of the connection was OK.

I am very happy with your answer.!!! Let me tell you that I had already "run" de wizard who exactly does the same thing that I already made on the last days. I checked "field by field" of the configuration pages with no luck. I want to say that I am using just ONE account with ICH and I am configuring both Line1 and PSTN with the same information, except PSTN tab with "no register" and allow it to make and receive calls without register.

I can receive calls without problems, but I can´t make it. I have dial tone but after dialing, no ring or answer at all . For test pourposes I have configured a FWD account, and I was able to call 800 numbers easily.

I will post my configuration page in a few minutes with my ftp server at office. I will appreciate if you can take a look on it !
