Default Problems with GXP-2000 - incoming calls/loss of registration

Could you please assist with the following issues:

I have been using Grandstream BT-100 with sipgate.de via a Linksys router, for quite a while now with no problems whatsoever. I have now upgraded to GXP-2000 and encoutered the following:

1. When NAT traversal was enabled the account could not register.

2. With NAT traversal disabled (NO), account registers

3. No problems making outgoing calls.

4. However, incoming calls can be received for about 10-15 minutes (the caller ID is displayed 2 times on the display (?)
