Default peer to peer VS softswitch

Peer to peer mode is very simple, no need softswitch,only fxs gateway such as xia304 is ok. It will make two or more offices get free internal call. But there is one disadvantage about this mode as follows: you can't make cheap international call in this mode. When the amount of devices are more than 10, it is hard to maintain. The peer to peer mode can be shown in the flow picture as follows:
