Question The one line rings, the other line does not

Hi there,

I currently have the following setup of my VoIP system.

I got a Billion VoIP ADSL router with one active VoIP line directly linked to the ADSL router (the router has 2 FXO ports) and a GrandStream ATA - Handytone 386 (Analogue Telephone Adapter connected to one of the LAN ports, configured with one VoIP line.

I must add that the adapter has a static IP specified,to access the ADSL router.

my question is when I call to the VoIP line that is configured directly on the router from the phone line configured on the ATA, I am able to connect to that number, but if I call the the telephone number configured on th ATA from the phone line directly configured on the ADSL router, I always get a busy tone

what can I do to the configuration of the ATA to receive calls through both lines?

Ublock comunication for ATA.
Fastest: set fxs on 5068, then forward this port to ATA.
