Default Losing registration on BT-102

I have 3 BudgetTone 102's and they're working fine with the exception of one and that is losing the registration and have to reboot like 7 or 8 times in a day maybe more. I downloaded the latest firmware for all 3 phones and the configuration settings are all the same. I have dealing with Grandstream directly with other issues and they have been very helpful and this is the most recent incident and while I wait for them I just wanted to give it a shot here in the forum. Hope you can help.

Thanks

1/ make sure you have separate and unique ports for RTP and SIP for each phone; some say to use even port numbers only
2/ replace all internet URLs with IP addresses in the config page of the BT phone
3/ sent keep alive - yes, 20 seconds
4/ registration renewal - 300 seconds
5/ get another internet router for a test, and see if the problem goes away - I would suggest Linksys WRT54

Good luck!

I would start with kitonne's suggestion number 5. A properly operating NAT router will support many SIP clients simultaneously without needing to manually keep track of port settings on any ATA or on the router itself.
