HT502 don't upgrade config file via TFTP

Default HT502 don't upgrade config file via TFTP
I have in tftp server's logs:
TFTP Error from *.*.*.141 requesting ht502core.bin: File does not exist
TFTP Error from *.*.*.141 requesting ht502base.bin: File does not exist
TFTP Error from *.*.*.141 requesting ht502prog.bin: File does not exist

and no messages about config file - device don't even request it.

For HT-496:
TFTP Error from *.*.*.12 requesting cfgHT496MAC: File does not exist
TFTP Error from *.*.*.12 requesting boot.bin: File does not exist
TFTP Error from *.*.*.12 requesting ht_496.bin: File does not exist
TFTP Error from *.*.*.12 requesting vocht.bin: File does not exist
TFTP Error from *.*.*.12 requesting htm_496.bin: File does not exist
TFTP Error from *.*.*.12 requesting vp.bin: File does not exist

I've tried firmware 1.0.0.39(default) and 44.

You unzip files in TFTP root directory ?
It's look like file are mising, device is asking good.

It doesn't matter if file actually exists or not. HT-496 is asking good, but not HT-502 - it doesn't even try.

IPs are the same for cfg and firmware but... i've tried it via LAN port just now and device requested for cfg. It doesn't update cfg by WAN, does it?

My was tested via WAN port.

hmm... and could you check please if yours requests cfg and firmware even when DHCP mode is enabled?

It was DHCP mode on WAN port.
