Default HT502 Dial Plan help please

Is anyone out there a guru at Grandstream dial plans? I am trying to convert my Linksys dial plan to the language that GS uses, and I am not being successful. Here is the plan as it exists for Linksys.

(<:704>[2-9]xxxxxxS0 | 1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 | <311:7043367600>S0 | <411:18004664411>S0 | <611:18666267150>S0 | [9]11S0 | *xx | #xx |0|00|011xxxxxxxxxx.)

Thanks.
