Default HT 496 ceases to accept calls.

I have a HT 496 that I am having an odd problems with.

On FXS Port 1 I have a sipgate.co.uk extension with voice mail.
The phone shows as registered, but it will quit taking calls. The caller hears the phone ring and then go to voice mail as if no one is home but the call never rings the phone.

If you pickup the phone and make a outbound call the calls start being presented to the phone again for about 1/2 to 1 hour then again it quits taking calls until another call is originated from the phone.

I am using the ATA to connect to the internet over a bridge modem (Speadstream 5360), so there should be no NAT / port forward issues?

Sip port for fxs1 is 5060 and nat is set to no with no dATA in the stun serverfield.

FSX2 is a extension without voicemail and it never has a problem. Sip port is 5062 same nat setting.

Running latest firmware 1.0.3.96

Any help would be appreciated.
