Default HT-488 Forward incoming VOIP call to Asterisk?

I have a HT-488 with version 1.0.2.16 firmware. I have the FXS port registered to an external SIP provider. Does anyone know if there is a way to forward incoming SIP calls back out to an Asterisk box either using an IP address or via SIP?

That is up to the service provider you have your HT-488 registered to. If they permit call transfer you just send the call to the phone number (IPKall, for example) assigned to the particular extension you wish to ring.

Thanks for the idea. I could send the call back out my local DID number, but is there any way that doesn't involve leaving the local network? Like directing it to an IP address? The HT-488 manual on-line (for older firmware) says that the unit can do IP dialing but this requires the user to press "***" , then press a code, get a dial tone and then enter the IP address. Is there a more seamless way to do this?

Is there any way to do a VoIP to VoIP call through the HT-488?
