Default HT 386 Configuration and Web Access

I am new to this site, Recently sin up for MPINGI service they sent me HT386. First couple of days everything was fine, but since yesterday I am getting busy tone when make any call.

I will be very much appreciate if someone could help me step step by way, how to access HT386 via web access.

I find the IP address of my HT386 is 10.4.7.138, but When I click it says page could not be display.

The connection I am using from my DSL LAN (RJ45) LAN (RJ45) HT386 Phone1 (RJ11)nalog Phone (RJ11).

Follow instructions here;
Grandstream - Innovative IP Telephony

Not sure if the 386 has WAN and LAN ports, the above instructions are if it does.

Old firmware WWW problem. Try upgrade your 386 to newest firmware (TFTP server can be set via IVR).
AFAIR 06 code to get to this field
