| Hi, just purchased new pair of GXW 4104. Configuration is TDA30-----GXW4104-------IP(OpenSER)-------GXW4104-----TDA30 Connecting works OK Communicating works OK Disconnection - none, only reboot of GXW helps. Firmware of both GXW is 1.0.1.2 Reorder tone measured from PBX is 425 Hz, 250 ms on and 250 ms off Trying with AC current disconnect 600 Ohm and 270 + (750 ...) with various thresholds - unsuccessfully. Trying with tone disconnect with reorder tone: ch1-4:f1=415@-11,f2=435@-11,c=250/250; (some of programs show me frequency of about 430 Hz) ch1-4:f1=415@-11,f2=435@-11,c=25/25; ch1-4:f1=425@-11,f2=425@-11,c=25/25; ch1-4:f1=425@-11,f2=425@-11,c=250/250; Unsuccessfully again. With last one I setup syslog. When reorder tone starts on both PBX log starts filling with 2007-09-24 10:15:39 User.Debug 192.168.100.251 GS_LOG: [00:0B:82:0D:FC:EC][000][FF50][01000102] fxo_ctl.c 865 Port:3 DAA ST: 4 CS: 2 EV: 12 2007-09-24 10:15:39 User.Debug 192.168.100.250 GS_LOG: [00:0B:82:0D:FC:EF][000][FF50][01000102] fxo_ctl.c 865 Port:2 DAA ST: 4 CS: 4 EV: 12 lines, most likely synchronized with reorder tone. My question is how can I use this infonrmation from syslog in order to disconnect lines. Thanks, Darko |

| Meanwhile I have contacted GS support, and their answer turns to be exactly the solution for my problem. This is their answer: > Please insert your analised disconnect tone value under "channels" configuration page, > parameter > 3. Busy Tone:ch1-4:f1=425@-11,f2=0@-11,c=25/25; > > Under FXO lines configuration page 2. Enable Tone Disconnect: set to YES. > Since IN USA Busy and reorder tones are the same we have a mistake in WEB GUI. > Actually our device lokking for frequency configured under Bust Tone tab at Channels > configuration page. > > This issue already fixed in our next version, will be soon out. |
