Default GXW-4108 ports can not be registered on asterisk
Hello.

Our company is introducing VoIP. We use only Grandstream devices. All fxs devices work fine.
But there is some troubles with new GXW-4108. Its ports can not be registered on our Asterisk.
What information should I provide.

Therte is a bug in 410x series: account cannot be alfanumeric, Use only digit name.

It is reported it half year ago
It give me a reallly pain before i discover it.

You can send raport to support@grandstream.com, if more people send mayby they fix it fatser.

Ok. I've already done it.

But only 2 ports can register on my asterisk. 3 or more - cant

Somethink in configuration is bad. Reset it to factory and set up again.
Never have a problem with more accounts.

New firmware really solved my problem.
