Default GXw 4104 Spain Config Issues *worked fine in UK(

Hi

I set up a 3cx pbx with GWX3104 in the uk and it worked fine. I have transfered it to spain and now it does not work. I have tested as much as I can. Calls seem to get to the 3104 from the 3cx system, the fxo light comes on for the connected line, but all I hear on the phone is silence. As far as 3cx is conceanred it has connected the call.

I am not sure if this is related to a difference in tones for the different countries, if it is, I am not sure how to program them in to the grandstream, I have seen a database of different tones on the web, but as I say not sure how to enter this data in the correct syntax. If it is somehting else it has got me stumped! any help greatly apreciated. I am able to make outbound calls via the VoIP connection I have with inphonex, so that aspect does work, so does extension to extension.
