Default GXW-4004 to 4104 Port Mapping

Hello All,

Long sad story but briefly...

I have two PSTN lines (phone/fax) extended over IP via (until recently) Multvoip MVP210's. One went bad when the power lead came out during firmware upgrade.

GXW 4104 to 4004 solution seemed the way forward at reasonable cost. After many initial setting-up problems I'm 90% there. I can dial in to the phone ok, I can dial into the fax ok and using their correct phone number, I can send & receive a fax.

The Problem: When dialing out the party dialed if they have caller id says that the number comes up as the fax line.

I need to do some sort of direct port mapping but the GXW will not accept the syntax stated in the documentation i.e

GXW4004: dial plan: { <=99$P>x+ }

It defaults back to { x+ }. I need help!!

I know someone will ask me to do a firmware upgrade but I'm somewhat reluctant..
