Default GXP-2000 freezes frequently

I have searched this forum, but not found anything on this. I have 2 GXP-2000s. One works fine; the other is unreliable because it frequently locks up or freezes, usually while unattended. Only solution is to repower.

Might there be a work-around, or do I need to just bite the bullet and replace it? Thanks in advance for any feedback. Cheers,
