Default Grandstream GWX-4108 - no CID?

I have configured a Grandstream GXW-4108 FXO gateway, connected directly to a PSTN line and registering on my Asterisk server.

And when I call into the PSTN, my local extension rings and when picked-up sound goes both ways.

Sofar so good.

I got "show callerID" enabled on my PSTN number but my Asterisk don't get any caller-id.

If I set in the GUI configuration > FXO Lines > PSTN to VOIP Caller ID Setting > "4 - DTMF, all DTMF CID types", no inbound call goes from the Grandstream to my Asterisk box. (I thought sending CID by DTMF should be the applicable one for Denmark.)

I tried also any other CID options.

Here are my FXO lines settings:

and ...

Does anyone have a GWX-4108 working including showing correctly the inbound caller-id using a plain PSTN line? (TDC Denmark)

Otherwise - which FXO gateway or channelbank actually works in Denmark that is connected to PSTN lines? (And doesn't cost a fortune.)

rgds, devplan

Ac

270 Ohm + (750 Ohm || 150 nF) -- Most of Europe
220 Ohm + (820 Ohm || 120 nF) – Australia, New Zealand
220 Ohm + (820 Ohm || 115 nF) – Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Slovakia, South Africa
370 Ohm + (620 Ohm || 310 nF) – UK., India

My guess you should try 270 Ohm or 220.

Caller ID Scheme
The GXW410x supports 5 different types of schemes:
1. Bellcore (US standard)
2. ETSI_RING
3. ETSI_TAS
4. DTMF

My wild guess is: 2
