Grandsteam486 ring when called by Voipcheap softphone,but softphone rings forever

Hello,

I have a Grandstream 486 with voipcheap account configured.
I can make outbound phone call.
While I login with another id in voipcheap softphone and add contact, I can see the other SIP device (Grandstream 486) online. When I tried to call the device, the phone connected to 486 rings. After I pick up the phone, the softphone still rings till timeout.

I have tried the same thing with another brand of ATA, the phone connected to ATA rings and the conversation can be established.

Anyone know how to solve it?

How did you manage to get the phone to ring for incomign calls? Are you in the US? Mine does'nt ring.

Any pointers you can provide is appreciated.

I have an HT486, I can make URI calls, but I can't receive URI calls exept when i first turn the device on if I dont make a voip outgoing call, after that I cant receive URI calls.
Anyone knows the fix?
