HI, I HAVE A GRANDSTREAM BUDGETONE 100 . IT WAS FINE UNTIL I TRIED TO CHANGE TO A NEW USER ACCOUNT. I DID THAT BY GOING TO 192.168.1.110 (THE PHONE IP) WHEN I DID THE RESTART AND TRIED TO LOG IN AGAIN LOOKED AS IF THE PASSWORD TO GO TO THE WEB CONFIGURATOR WAS WRONG. AFTER A WHILE NOW WHEN I GO TO 192.168.1.110 DONT EVEN GO TO THE WEB CONFIGURATION SCREEN,. I DID THE FACTORY RESET AND ENTERED THE IP,MASK,ROUTER BUT SAME THING. THE PING TO THE IP WORKS FINE I APPRECIATE YOUR HELP

Hi, I got the same problems with my Grandstream 496 and 488. Before they are working fine but all of sudden, both couldn't be accessed via my browser. I have sent enquiries to Grandstream and the vendor that I purchased, but it seems nobody can solve my problem. Can anyone have lead to solve this puzzle? Thanks. Jimmy

they said to reflush the firmware via tftp server Try to download the f/w and set up TFTP server locally, reflash the phone locally in your LAN. Input the TFTP server via KEY PAD. Please download updated user manaul from our website. Looks to me the f/w was crashed somehow. You can download latest f/w from our website at www.grandstream.com/BETATEST, Unzip the file and put all of them under the root directory of your tftp server. If you don’t have one, you can download the free TFTP server (http://tftpd32.jounin.net/) and put all devices in the same LAN segment, change the TFTP server to the IP address of the PC running the TFTP server software and save the setting, power cycle the unit to upgrade it. (Please make sure you change the folder to the one containing the firmware). Make sure the TFTP server in on the WAN side of the box (if have WAN interface like HT486) and ignore the configuration files reported missing. HOpe this helps. Thanks
